How to Claim Your PCSO Lotto Prize
For Small Prizes (Up to ₱10,000)
Prizes up to ₱10,000 can be claimed at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet nationwide. Present your winning ticket to the lotto agent for validation. Always sign the back of your ticket before presenting it.
For Medium Prizes (₱10,001 to ₱300,000)
Visit the nearest PCSO branch office with your winning ticket and two valid government-issued IDs. Medium prizes are typically processed within the same day if all requirements are met.
For Jackpot Prizes (Above ₱300,000)
Jackpot winners must claim at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City. Bring your winning ticket, two valid IDs, and complete the required claim forms.
Important Reminders for All Winners
- All prizes must be claimed within one year from the date of the draw.
- A 20% tax is deducted from all prizes exceeding ₱10,000 as mandated by law.
- Keep your tickets in a safe place — damaged or mutilated tickets may not be honored.
- PCSO is not liable for lost or stolen tickets.
